Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.
Matthew 28:19 · NRSV-CE
About this pillar
Our spiritual journey is a lifelong process. As individuals and as a community, we are called to deepen our relationship with Christ and to pass it on to others. Faith formation names the many ways we do this, both formally and informally.
Through catechesis for children, sacramental preparation, family formation, Sunday homilies, and the RCIA journey for adults who wish to become Catholic, we build a community of faith through preaching, teaching, and living the Word of God.
Formation is also how a parish evangelizes. By sharing our enthusiasm for the faith, inviting others to join or to return, and fostering Gospel values in our families, we help the Good News of Jesus take root in St. Adolphe and beyond.
